HPにping送信機能をもたせたいのですが、
Fumy RSS & Atom Maker は
Mac 9.1 Internet Explorer 5.1環境で
使用できるのでしょうか？

「Fumy RSS & Atom Maker」は、Windows用ソフトウェアなため、残念ながらMac上では動作しません。
Windows上でご活用下さい。
